However, whatever its use, an LPC torque limiter absorbs overloads that occur in any type of machine, which makes it a mechanical fuse.\n<br><br>\nLikewise, it contains a system of helicoidal springs with great sensitivity and has a wide regulation field where the regulated torque is not modified abruptly.
